Blend Your Own Beauty Workshop

In our Blend Your Own Beauty workshop, we use Motives Custom Blend System which is botanically infused ingredients and guide guests step by step to create their unique foundation that is the perfect match for their skin tone & type. Most of our guests have no makeup/cosmetic production experience and all of them have great success! 

Motives custom blend system was originally made for burn victims. The blend is not only covered up their burns, but soothed the skin as well. These are made with those who have extremely sensitive skin in mind.

What sets us apart from any other foundations, is we, as certified custom blend specialists, are able to formulate, customize, and mix it to the exact match of your skin. We combine the exact foundation pigment with the color of your skin tone to create the perfect custom blend foundation. We can make a sheer-tinted moisturizer, medium-coverage foundation, or a full-coverage foundation that can cover tattoos or scarring.

Why Custom Blend? Because everyone is an individual with a unique coloring, skin type, personality, lifestyle and preference.

The custom blend foundation includes modifiers and skincare additives that allow you to further customize the foundation and target specific concerns; we can add oil control, hydrator or firming additives into the foundation.

How big is the foundation? How long does it last?

The content of the foundation is approximately 30 ml, and it will last up to 4-5 months depends on the frequency of the usage. 

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Your ticket fee includes everything you need to create your own foundation! When you arrive, you are supplied with materials and step by step instructions throughout the workshop! When the workshop is done, your skin in the bottle is ready to take home!

 

What happen if my skin color changed after the workshop?

We are happy to meet with you one-on-one and tweak the same foundation to match the current skin color at no cost. 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that things come up, and will always try to be flexible, but ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule to a complimentary one-on-one meeting. We appreciate you for contacting us to let us know you won't be able to attend class so we may offer your seat to someone else.

Bad Weather: Workshop will cancel if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on. In the rare case of a workshop cancelling due to poor weather conditions, the credit will be issued to all registered guests.

Late Arrivals: In consideration of the others in class, if you arrive 20 minutes or more late you will not be allowed to the workshop, but we will reschedule for a complimentary one-on-one meeting. Please arrive no later than 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast!

Refunded Tickets:

If you notify us more than 48 hours (72 hours for parties of 5 or more) from the event, we will issue you a refund ($5 administration fee will apply).
